Happy Fall!

With each Weekly Wellness Bite™, we continue to practice how to live more healthfully, more at peace, more mindfully (less stressed), joyfully and more inspired so we may rise up to BEING our best self.

So I'm excited to invite you to join in as part of the One Bite At A Time Tribe for the
"One Bite At A Time Fall Meditation & Mindfulness Challenge."
Much like our May Challenge, but with a Fall twist to help those of us needing help with how to
Fall Back Into A Healthier, Happier, More Productive & Inspired YOU!

To begin, you must simply just begin...... Just as you are, where you are.
Find what inspires you and your meditation and mindfulness practice by dedicating a space inside your home or perhaps outdoors on your deck, porch, in the grass or by a tree.

Then start with the first day of each week remembering:
"Each day we are born again. What we do today matters most." - Buddha

"Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him." - Psalm 62:1
